Modular living starts at four modules in the whole building project, camping & glamping at three houses. A single purchase requires a larger developed area.
The SHS24 budget figure serves first project planning and is not a binding fixed or all-inclusive price. The actual costs depend on specification, quantity and site. Delivery area, transport, crane, assembly, foundations and connections are shown individually in the project quote. Luxury fit-out, additional outdoor facilities and running services get their own prices.
