The ScaleHousing system is based on standardised holiday house modules made from solid wood. Multiple modules form a cluster. Multiple clusters form a holiday resort. This structure allows projects to be flexibly planned and expanded step by step – from a pilot cluster to a complete tourism resort.

Many projects start with a pilot cluster of a few houses. Once operations and demand are confirmed, the resort can be expanded step by step. This approach reduces investment risk and enables controlled growth.

Solid wood construction with CLT, wood fibre insulation and ventilated metal facade
The buildings are constructed using modern CLT solid wood construction (Cross Laminated Timber). CLT consists of multiple cross-laminated wood layers forming a highly stable load-bearing structure. The exterior wall combines the load-bearing CLT solid wood structure with natural wood fibre insulation. A ventilated facade system is built on top, which can be finished with durable metal facades (e.g. aluminium or coated steel).
